Hi! I'm Lucia Engel, Speaker and Creative Arts Therapist Drama, and creator of "Speak with a Spark"

I help people feel safe enough to be able to rewrite their story, and create from their Soul Spark, based on what they once missed themselves.

But the real spark starts to happen when they decide to share this Gift to the world.

Survival thaught us how to adapt. To make others feel comfortable. It overgives, unable to enjoy and receive when we need to replenish.

Somewhere along the way we begin living in a story that asked us to become smaller than we really are. Where shrinking worked better than sharing the gifts we carry within us

It was spreading...

It was spreading...I saw it everywhere. My thoughts were showing me to not longer trusting life, and I had lost touch with the part of me that made me come alive.

One, seemingly ordinary day, everything changed. There was no way back; survival was speaking in the liveless eyes of my little daughter.

That was the moment something inside me said: 'Enough'.

Enough of abandoning myself, and her.

Like stories can be written, they can also be rewritten.

That's where a different chapter begins...

Today, I'm blown away by the life I live. I'm no longer lost in survival, but grateful to be on a never-ending, beautiful, and unexpected adventure; curious, open-hearted, and deeply trusting of life and whatever comes my way.

We sometimes forget that we are like water that isn't asked to clean a cup, it simply does. So is your voice not asked to be the spark. It simply is.
